Project consulting by me, Sharon Paxman. In today’s high-stakes business environment, even the most well-funded projects can stall due to competing priorities, poor communication, or fractured stakeholder alignment. I specialise in solving exactly these challenges. As a Certified International Negotiator, accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, and former Executive Director in investment banking, I bring a powerful combination of commercial acumen, behavioural insight, and delivery expertise to complex, cross-functional projects. I work with organisations that are navigating high-pressure or politically sensitive initiatives, cross-border or multi-stakeholder environments, delayed or underperforming transformation efforts, internal conflict or resistance that threatens execution, and strategic ambiguity or misaligned project sponsors.

About Sharon Paxman

With over a decade of experience in investment banking—where I led major deals and was promoted to Executive Director at a young age—I understand how to deliver results under pressure. Today, I apply that same discipline and leadership to help clients realign, de-risk, and deliver their most critical initiatives. My services are uniquely positioned at the intersection of project strategy and delivery execution, stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution, and change leadership and cultural alignment. I do more than manage timelines and milestones—I help unlock stuck projects, mediate executive misalignment, and ensure strategic intent is matched by practical delivery.

Services

Whether brought in at project initiation or mid-stream, my role is to restore confidence, bring clarity, and help leadership teams move forward—faster, together, and with purpose. I’m based in the Bahamas and work internationally, offering a flexible consulting model that adapts to your needs—be it short-term intervention, retained advisory, or fractional leadership.
