My Approach

As a seasoned Project and Programme Management professional, I bring over two decades of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across banking and financial institutions, government offices, educational organisations, healthcare, start-ups, and established businesses. My background as an Programme Director in investment banking, combined with accreditations as a Certified International Negotiator and Civil & Commercial Mediator, allows me to deliver projects with both commercial acumen and a deep understanding of human dynamics.

I am PMP certified and skilled in applying traditional Waterfall methodologies, Agile, Hybrid approaches, and structured governance frameworks, tailoring the delivery model to the unique needs of each organisation. Alongside project delivery, I focus on improving business processes and system workflows, streamlining operations, and enhancing efficiency to ensure sustainable long-term impact.
